Summary
Under general supervision and independently, contact travel consultants by phone, recording the results utilizing specific criteria given. Responsible for thorough, accurate and time consuming reporting. This position is a part time position and the individual will need flexibility with their schedule. A committed, creative and reliable individual is required. Ability to multi-task is necessary.

Duties
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned)
Places quality control telephone calls to Travel Centers and Consultants

Provides professional and objective feedback to middle and upper management staff

Properly maintains reports, recordings and files needed for documentation

Manages call recordings and databases as needed

Accurately documents and prepares reports for management review

Properly updates and provides recommendations for changes when necessary

Maintains accurate and current records of club contacts

Responsible for maintaining the Secret Shopper Program

Training new Secret Shopper associates as necessary

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, written and oral ability to read and interpret instructions, reports, and necessary documents. Strong interpersonal skills required. Due to position requirements, professional telephone voice is necessary.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to perform other mathematical calculations.
Reasoning
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and other forms of communication.
