A Taste of Buffalo, a Sample of AAA
AAA’s Show Your Card & Save® Partners Cooking Up some Hot Discount Deals

BUFFALO, NY, JULY 9, 2008 – With Western New Yorkers and the rest of the country experiencing high gasoline prices, AAA Western and Central New York is encouraging members and the general public to experience visiting over 60 restaurants and vendors all in one place at the 25th annual Taste of Buffalo this weekend. While some of the region’s best eateries are serving up taste-bud bursting cuisine, attendees will also be able to sample the savings from AAA, with special discount deals and spicy giveaways.

The AAA Western and Central New York exhibit will feature a sampling of Show Your Card & Save® and discount partners demonstrating how members can use their AAA cards to save money and cook up some hot deals. Each visitor to the exhibit will receive a free AAA nylon bag and discount coupon book containing savings for local merchants such as the Cold Stone Creamery and Dunkin Donuts, as well as impressive discounts on a variety of AAA services; including deals on membership, travel, AAA Car Care Plus®, Easy Ride™, and AAA’s driving programs.

AAA continues simmering its savings with hourly giveaways from discount partner’s Circuit City, Reebok and New York & Company, as well as regional destination giveaways to Martin’s Fantasy Island, Marineland, Hershey Park, and Canada’s Wonderland. Visitors will also be able to register to win a $100 gas card from AAA Insurance and an all-inclusive trip for two to Atlantic City in September.

As an added bonus, the Corning Museum of Glass will be on hand firing up live glass-blowing and flame-working demonstrations and kids can also enjoy an autograph signing with Buffalo Bisons mascots Buster, Chip and Belle. Visitors will have the opportunity to spin the AAA prize wheel for free Regal movie tickets, free Bisons tickets, and Webkinz gift certificates. Nonmembers joining AAA during the event will receive a die-cast collector’s car of David Ragan’s #6 AAA Ford Fusion NASCAR.
