Robert F. Leach; VP and CIO
BUFFALO, N.Y., AUGUST 5, 2008 - Robert F. Leach has been named Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for AAA Western and Central New York. In his new role, Mr. Leach will be responsible for AAA’s technology strategy that will enable the company to even better serve its upstate New York members.
Mr. Leach’s information technology experience is extensive, including executive level technology positions in both the public and private sectors at organizations such as General Electric, Pella Corporation, Stora Enso Oy and Consolidated Papers, the United States Department of Education and the City of Buffalo.

Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Albany, where he also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Science and Marketing Research.
